No, it is considered non-taxable income. In addition, if you pay for part of your college or have LOANS you can also deduct them as qualified educational expenses


College is always seen as a tax deduction, even for people with high incomes. That is why so many rich familys practically make thier kids go to college (not to mention giving them a car or other things as incentives)
