How long does it take to get a replacement debit card?

Postby birde35 » Thu Jan 19, 2012 6:52 am

The first time I ordered my Visa it took around 5 days but somethings came up with some fraudulent website and I quickly called my banker and had my card terminated in order to save my funds. I then asked him to reissue me a new card with a new pin and everything. It must of been over 2 weeks now! How long should it take to get here?

They talk in terms of working days so with maybe two weekends and two bank holidays plus the staff that have added additional days to the holiday you are lucky to get it in 18 days. After 3 weeks suggest you contact them.

They may be investigating your allegations of fraud before reissuing you a new card and pin. You could have always gone by and gotten it instantly IF they are not holding it for the investigation.
