if any of the bank has filed a case against you then definitely once you enter UAE they will take you straight to jail from immigration.

In case the bank filed a case - yes.

The UAE belongs to the countries which require Advance Travel Information. Means all passport datas of people who want to enter or transit the country wil be provided in advance. Every passport of blacklisted people will show up.

Did you never hear about people getting detained while transitting and wondering how CID knew about their whereabouts?

As on date no due payment and going without cancelling visa, and bank not yet charged any case, then you can simply escape through any airport.Even you are going by cancell visa, but without any due payment,u can escape.
