We don't know.

How much are you wanting to borrow?
What is your income?
What is your debt to income ratio?

A good credit score is only part of the equation.

A good credit score is only part of the equation.
You are approved to re-finance if your home is not underwater and you have 20% equity
Do not lease a car - that is one of the worst financial mistakes a person can make
Even Suze Orman was screaming on her show about how bad of a financial move this is - why do people do it? - the world may never know
Buy a car - drive it for 5 or 6 years, then trade it in
Don't make the mistake that Money Magazine considers to be the #1 financial mistake a person can make in a lifetime
You are an adult - why are you making financal moves that little kids make?
