While visiting relatives, you learn that your cousins attend a nearby elementary school that is supported financially by local property tax revenues. Education can be both a public and a private good; what other kind of a good is it? Does the government need to provide free public education? Why or why not?

yes they do need to provide free education and the nearby rich jerks can pay for it because the gov't has protected their rights to grow and accumulate their wealth which ultimately came from the land which we the people are a part of. thats just the God's honest truth and whole-hearted goodness but if want another excuse then just know that the kids who arent afforded that education and service are going to end up forming into a rabid little pack of wild animals and one day come for your wealth and whatever else you got laying around
